AOP Nyons Olive Oil 75cL

Tanche is a variety of black olive specific to the Nyons area. From December, they are picked at full maturity, slightly wrinkled by the first cold and the dryness of the air. The olives are then calibrated and sorted.
 
Some of the olives are brought to the Moulin de Haute Provence in Buis-les-Baronnies in order to extract this oil typical of Drôme Provençale, of golden green color, very smooth, finely fruity with aromas of green apple, hazelnut and almond.
