Grapes varieties: 60% Clairette, 40% Viognier
Brilliant pale yellow color with silvery shades.
The wine is fruity and delicate, with white flower and exotic aromas.
Will perfectly accompany the aperitif, grilled vegetables, summer salad, shellfish as well as fresh goat cheese.
Serve between 10 and 12°C, open a few minutes before tasting. Can be drank as of now.

N.B. As we limit inputs during vinification, a deposit may appear during storage in bottles, especially after refrigeration. Most often it is precipitation of tartar. The latter comes from tartaric acid, an acid naturally present in raisin berries.

Grapes varieties: 60% Grenache, 40% Syrah
Brilliant pale pink color with violet shades.
The wine is fresh and fruity with strawberry and apple aromas.
Will perfectly accompany the aperitif, barbecue, crunchy vegetables, as well as cold quiches.
Serve between 10 and 12°C, open a few minutes before tasting. Can be drank as of now.

L'INTRÉPIDE

Grapes varieties: 60% Grenache, 40% Syrah
Brilliant deep red color with violet shades.
This wine is fresh and generous, with blackcurrant and lemon aromas.
The wine is "gourmand" with a good balance.
Will accompany friendly dishes such as pizzas or barbecue and also goat cheese salad.
Serve between 16 and 18°C, open a few minutes before tasting.
Can be drank as of now, with a cellaring potential of 3 years.

The tanins are well integrated.

Serve between 16 and 18°C, open a few minutes before tasting.
Can be drank as of now, with a cellaring potential of 5 years.
